For Craigengar Lodge:
We recommend that you either email us direct or complete this Availability Enquiry Form. With this larger property, Craigengar, we can be more flexible with arrival and departure dates or short breaks than we are able to be with Orlege End and our other 2 smaller properties.
With Orlege, Steading Cottage and the Wing, for various domestic and commercial reasons, we prefer Saturday to Saturday booking patterns, only taking short breaks as last minute bookings if the dates are still available.
If you email us your dates and guest numbers, depending on availability we will work out a suitable rental for Craigengar for you to consider. With this property only, we usually charge an all-in rental inclusive of fuel and electricity other than logs/ coal for the optional multi-fuel stove.

If, however, you are interested in reserving Orlege End.....
First we recommend that you read this page carefully, studying the huge variation in weekly rentals aimed at encouraging you to consider coming out of peak season.
Please also be aware of any extra charges over and above the rentals quoted. Also please note the rental prices displayed in our Table below are based on 4 people. Up to 2 extra persons are charged at £50 per person per week or part week.

How to book online:

Select the month and the year of when you want to come from the drop down list on the Availability Chart. This will show the weekly prices for any available weeks within a two month period around the month selected (and booked weeks will be shown as such). Our standard letting week is a Saturday to Saturday. The prices indicated are for the week beginning the date shown and are based on up to 4 people. If there are five of you add an extra £50 per person per week or part week, if six an extra £100 to the rental.

Tick the box against the week(s) you want to reserve and then click the Go to Booking Form button to book.

A tabular screen headed "Your Booking" will display showing dates and prices. Please be aware that the rental shown will be based on up to 4 people. At this stage it will not show a higher price if there are more of you. Also be aware that if you are booking less than 5 weeks' prior to arrival the whole rental will be due now, not just the deposit shown.

You can then click "Book dates" at the base of this table to proceed with your chosen dates. This will take you to the Booking Form. Our booking form is located on an SSL Encrypted server for your security. Your credit card number is encrypted (scrambled) with state-of-the-art technology so that no one else can read it..

Complete all the necessary fields in the form and then click the "Submit Booking" button (or "Cancel Booking" if you have changed your mind.) You will be presented with a tabular summary showing dates, number of guests and total costs including any extra people or pets. You can print this summary and a confirmation email will be sent to you. These will contain your unique booking number.

Retain or print off your confirmation and unique booking number and please use in any future correspondence.

Await a confirmation email from ourselves that we have accepted your booking.
